In the television series Ek Veer Ki Ardaas…Veera, where he played the young Baldev Balwant Singh, Devish Ahuja made his acting debut as a child actor in 2012.
The television series Mahabharata and Karmaphal Daata Shani are where Devish Ahuja is most recognised for his roles. Devish Ahuja also had a cameo in the song Teri Ho Jaun in the year 2020. The web series Life of Five included him as well.
Devish Ahuja has participated in several mythological TV shows, including as Mahabharat (2013–2014), Siya Ke Ram (2015–2016), and Shani (2016 to present).
