Gauri Maheshwari has been Awarded Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2021.
Gauri has set the record in the Asia Book of Records for being the youngest online calligraphy teacher. In the Asia Book of Records nomination, Gauri was giving online calligraphy classes to 100 people. So far, Gauri has taught Calligraphy to more than 700 students. Gauri has also set the record in the India Book of Records. Gauri is not only a topper in studies but is also a very good spokesperson and artist. Along with studies, Gauri has learned many arts out of which Calligraphy is her favorite art. This girl has proved that no task is impossible and there is no age to learn. Gauri Maheshwari has become the youngest Calligraphy teacher in the world.
She is an inspiration because Gauri is just 12 years old. Gauri believes whatever we are today is because of our society and we owe it back to our society. She keeps on donating from her earnings out of Calligraphy to the poor and needy, for army welfare funds and has also donated for Ram Mandir construction. Inspired by her grandfather Gyan Deo Mundra at the tender age of 12 she started teaching Maths and English to poor children of primary school without any fees. Gauri is very sensitive and close to nature. She always plants trees on her birthday and in the monsoon season. She has requested with many other Chief Ministers of respected states to install STP plants in various districts of the states to save water In the lockdown period on 12 May 2020 our Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to the nation of self-reliant India. Gauri liked the idea of self-reliant India and this became the reason for her inspiration.
