Atul Shrivastava did his schooling at Baal Shiksha Niketan, Qaiserbagh, Lucknow, and Queens Anglo Sanskrit Inter College, Lucknow. Then he took admission in the University of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. In 1983, he did his higher studies at the University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He holds the degree of acting at Bharatendu Academy of Dramatic Arts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

CAREER
Atul Ji began his career as a theatre actor. He has performed in many theatre plays and radio plays. He has also directed some Hindi theatre plays.
He has played roles in more than a hundred TV shows including ‘Tea Time Manoranjan’ (1994), ‘Kash-m-kasha (1995), ‘Sorry Meri Lorry’ (1995), and ‘Gudgudee’ (1998). He has as also played cameo roles in various Hindi films like ‘Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.’ (2003), ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (2015), ‘Stree’ (2018), ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ (2018), and ‘The Kashmir Files’ (2022).
Atul did many TV commercials and YouTube videos. He is also the assistant professor in the Humanities department (visiting faculty) for IFTI, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
