Abhilipsa panda is an Indian singer who got popularity through her original song Har Har Shambhu with Jeetu Sharma.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Abhilipsa was born on 30 November 2001 in a Brahmin family, Barbil a small town in Kenjor district of Orissa. Her father’s name is Ashoka panda who previously worked in the Indian army but now works in a private security company and her mother’s name is Puspashree who is a teacher by profession.
EDUCATION
Abhilipsa did her schooling in Kendriya Vidyalaya Odisha and she did her graduation from Santa Clara School of law. She is black belt in Karate and also won a gold medal at the national level in 2019.
CAREER
Abhilipsa has a long association with music. she was 4 year old when she starts learning odissi classical vocal music in LKG class. But she had to give up due to some reason. Her grandfather was famous in the nearby village for playing the harmonium, she grown up learning music under him.
Abhilipsa started learning Hindustani vocal from Draupadi Devi Cultural Institute, in 2015. While she was studying, her teacher asked her if she would lend her voice to a children’s song, she said yes and took first step in the singing industry.
AWARD
Abhilipsa won the governors trophy in industani Classical Vocal, in year 2017-18. She also participated in Orissa Super Singer, an Odia reality show. After some time the makers of Odisha Super Singer posted a video clip of her on different social site. This clip was seen by Jitu Sharma and love her voice. Later he approached her and recorded the song Har Har Shambhu Shiv Mahadeva popular nowadays.
