Deepak Mehrotra is a Managing Director at Ashirvad Pipes. (Ashirvad, an Aliaxis group firm, established its Bengaluru operations in 1998. Aliaxis Group is a global leader in the production and distribution of plastic fluid handling systems for use in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Aliaxis, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, operates in over 40 countries through more than 75 industrial and commercial organisations, employs over 16,100 people, and produces annual revenues of more than 3 billion Euro (approx. Rs. 21,600 crores).
Ashirvad has always been steadfast in its dedication to quality and service. Ashirvad Pipes is a major manufacturer and supplier of CPVC, uPVC, and SWR plumbing systems, as well as a pioneer in the design and manufacture of uPVC column pipes used in the installation of submersible borehole pumps. Ashirvad is now the world’s largest maker of uPVC column pipes, with successful exports to over 35 countries. Ashirvad recently added an unique three layer low noise (silent and quiet plus) SWR and a foam core subsurface drainage system to its product line, along with locally made specialty goods and accessories like as manholes, inspection chambers, and non-return valves. With its leading line of traps, couplings, pan connections, and hidden valves, the firm has effectively penetrated the sanitary space.)

EDUCATION

Deepak holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree from the University of Roorkee as well as a Master of Management Studies (Marketing) degree from India’s Jamnalal Bajaj Institute.

EXPERIENCE

Deepak Mehrotra has 28 years of expertise in the consumer durables, FMCG, and telecommunications industries.
He was the Managing Director of Pearson India before joining Ashirvad in 2017. Prior to that, he held positions of leadership at Micromax, Coca-Cola, Airtel, and Asian Paints.
