EDUCATION
Srushti Jayant Deshmukh completed her schooling from Carmel Convent, BHEL and got 8 CGPA in her 10th standard. Then she got 93.4% in 12th standard. Later she pursued B.tech in Chemical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalay, Bhopal.
CAREER
She began preparing for the UPSC examination after finishing her degree. Srushti completed one of India’s most difficult exams, the UPSC, at such a young age, and finished fifth in 2018. She was placed top in the female category and was one of 182 women who passed the exam. She was promoted to the rank of IAS on her first attempt.
ABOUT
Srushti Jayant Deshmukh is married to Arjun Gowda in the presence of her parents and relatives on August 20, 2021. Arjun is also an IAS official and his complete true name is Dr. Nagarjun B Gowda.
She is seen in a new capacity in connection with the 2019 general elections after passing the UPSC test. Furthermore, the Bhopal district election office asked her to become an idol for first-time female voters, inspiring them to vote in the next elections. She became an inspiration to many young girls and ladies at such a young age.
Deshmukh has become an idol for inspiring young people to use their right to vote as part of the election commission’s comprehensive voter education and electoral participation agenda. At relation to this, the officer will be seen at SVEEP activities as well as in institutions.
